Color Code Measures in Finale?
« on: November 06, 2020, 04:08:04 PM »
I was wondering is there a way to color-code a measure(s), for example, highlight them in yellow, to point out where you want to come back/revisit a spot and do more work?

you can put bookmarks to specific measures, if I recall correctly.

I have never heard about colour-coding measures however, so I'm not sure it's available as a function.

I know of no way to do color-coding. I often make use the of bookmark functionality that Michel mentioned.

This is accessed via View > Bookmarks > Add Bookmark or Edit Bookmark. Also, when you set a bookmark it will appear in the menu below the Edit Bookmark menuitem.

These bookmarks are very handy for jumping from point to point in the file.
