Thanks again for putting the guide together. There's no better way to learn than to glean from someone else's depths of experience. I value the fact that you're willing to share yours for free. I'm looking forward to any other advice you may have.

It pretty much sums up all the problems I have as a beginning composer. To use your analogy, I'm trying to explore just a little bit further than border of the Shire right now, and starting to find out what dangers and possibilities are there. I'll probably find myself in the Old Forest before long (that's something that doesn't appear in the movie, sadly).
