Great piece! I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for posting. Very nice and delicious writing for all instruments, in my opinion.

The 7/8 suspense passage with 8th note marimba chords till the bass joins at 3:15 was a bit over extended for my taste. I felt somewhat lost, directionless with "cresc/decresc"s following one another, I guess.

Clarinet may be the right choice for range reasons (anybody said this before?) and it might fit the piece OK but two flutes do give a special effect that I liked very much.

I just think you should perhaps use the lively start to round off the piece. Or something like that.  :)
The 3/4 section seems av bit too  "calm" for mye taste.
You have some grate things going on elswere in the piece. Why not use it to create an ending.  :)
