A while back, I transcribed examples from the classic text "Gradus Ad Parnassum" by Fux (Norton/Dover edition), and created  MP3 sound files of the result.  I hope this might be useful for music theory students.  Of course the book provides much more in-depth discussion of the examples  than what I have provided in these scores.  Musescore.com provides a nice way to display the musical examples:

Attached are pdfs and mp3s of  the section on basic two voice counterpoint and the later section on fugues. I can provide the files for other parts of Fux's text if there is interest.

Enjoy!
